Return & Exchange Eligibility

  1. Requests must be made within 10 days of receipt, and items must remain in brand-new, unused condition (including all original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts).
  2. Only orders placed on the official website are eligible. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase.
  3. For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong model selected, change of mind), the customer’s responsibility is round-trip shipping costs.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been unsealed, installed, or used (including screen protectors with removed protective film).
  • Products damaged through improper use or misuse.
